About
My name is Mirza Patail. I'm a consultant, a doer, and someone who takes your mission seriously — not just as a project, but as something that matters in the world.
I've spent my career turning complicated, high-stakes ideas into completed realities. I brought mobile universal restrooms to the United States market. I've shepherded organizations through physical relocations, mergers, and complete transformations — the messy, complicated kind that require someone who won't flinch. I've also led the technical heavy-lifting that most people don't see: consolidating charts of accounts in SAP, migrating entire data centers across the country, and navigating the human complexity that comes with every major ERP overhaul.
I call myself a project manager because it's an easy shorthand. But what I actually do is sit beside leaders who have a vision they can't quite reach on their own, and help them get there.
I don't believe in flawless. I believe in honest, committed, and real — which tends to produce better results anyway.
